Many people are eating vegetables. And I know that not all people are eating vegetables everyday especially children. You know vegetable is? Vegetable is needed by our body. Vegetables contains significant sources of essential nutrients-- vitamins, minerals, fiber, and phytochemicals necessary for preventing disease, prolonging life, and promoting health. Minerals, particularly calcium and iron and vitamins particularly A and C. However, many people, regard vegetables as accessory food items which one can live without. Vegetables, are considered as side dishes and not a major focus of meals. "Pagkain ng Gulay ugaliin, Araw-araw itong Ihain". These theme is very intelligible. We all know and understand this. We all know that eating vegetables give us lots of energy for our daily lives. So, eat vegetables everyday.
Giving importance to vegetables by eating them everyday is the biggest thing that you can do to make your body healthy and strong. Eating junk foods give you indefinite health. Junk foods here, junk foods there, makes your whole body unhealthy. You can't perform all the activities with full of energy and power and strength. It might be happen that it will destroy your concentration in making it. we can lose it. Vegetables, not only a cancer fighters; they also provide healthful benefits against cardiovascular diseases, diabetes, stroke, obesity, diverticulosis and more. It can also cause death. Provides disease or problems to the body if we can't eat vegetables.
Eating vegetables is not hard to do it. But it's hard to exclude it in our mind. Eat, eat and eat and be strong. Ba happy! :)
